I have been attending St. Tim’s since August of 2024. Raised in a nondenominational Christian church and having looked into other churches and religions, I have never felt at home like I do at St. Tim’s. It has been a pleasure to meet and work side by side with everyone, and I hope the chance of serving on the vestry will be as helpful as possible.

Steve and I started attending St Tim’s in 2012 when we moved to Mountain View after grad school in Massachusetts, which is where I discovered the Episcopal Church through the Lutheran Episcopal Ministry on campus. I am a mechanical engineer and I work part time at a local startup called Skycool, where I do modeling of thermal fluid systems. I volunteer at both of my kids’ schools – my favorite roles are leading Project Cornerstone at the elementary school and helping in the library at the middle school. I like to learn how things work and be a part of making things work, so I’ve gotten involved in many things from helping with set building at Peninsula Youth Theater to coaching softball to delivering groceries for CSA. I am very thankful to be part of St Tim’s as I continue to learn, receive and share God’s love. I hope to continue doing that on vestry.
