Rummage Sale

Friday, May 23 and Saturday, May 24

The parish is having a rummage sale in the parking lot. Come and find great deals on baby things, toys, clothing, household items, and more.

Donations: We will accept everything except mattresses (crib and toddler are okay), monitors, and adult underwear and bras.

Collection Times:

Sunday, May 18	12:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Monday, May 19	6:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m.
Tuesday, May 20	9:00 a.m. - 9:00 p.m.
Wednesday, May 21	4:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m.
Thursday, May 22	1:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m.

Items of Particular Value: Let us know about your item and we'll make sure to price it appropriately and advertise it individually.

Large Items: If you need help moving something, contact us and we'll arrange to pick it up. Earliest pick-ups will be on Sunday, May 18.

Volunteers:
Captains: We're still looking for captains or co-captains for Sports Equipment, Lawn & Garden, and Antiques.

Sunday-Thursday:
· Donations collection and sorting (stop by Edwards Hall during any business hours, or after-hours collection times, we'll have lots for you to do!)
· Movers — for picking up large items from people's homes
· Childcare — to watch children in the Ark while their parents work in the parish hall

Thursday: Set-up crew — We need strong people to move tables, garment racks, furniture, and lots of items starting at 5:30 p.m.

Friday:
· Salespeople
· Cashiers

Saturday:
· Salespeople
· Cashiers
· Clean Up Crew (starting at 2:00 p.m.)
  - Bring your mini-van or truck and carry things to Goodwill
  - Return tables and racks to Edwards Hall

Things We Need:
Donate (leave on the stage in Edward's Hall):
· Hangers (kids and adult)
· Shopping bags (plastic and paper)
· Cardboard boxes (for sorting)
· Disposable plastic sheeting (painters tarp)
· Sharpies
· Caution tape
· Painter's tape

Lend (please label with your name, so we can return them):
· Hand truck
· Garment racks
· Folding tables
· Truck for picking up furniture and other large items
· RV or Camper (for our overnight security crew volunteers)
