St. Timothy's Edwards Hall

The Vestry is hosting an Oktoberfest here at St. Tim's on Saturday October 1 starting at 6:30 p.m. This event is our annual fundraiser for Santa Maria Urban Ministry (SMUM), an outreach ministry of the Episcopal Diocese of El Camino Real. There will be delicious food (traditional German fare), beer, wine, live music and our popular silent auction.

Tickets are $30 each and are on sale now after all of the Sunday services, at the Wednesday night dinners or in the Office during the week.

Childcare is available for $15/child, max $30/family.

Please consider donating an auction item individually or with your Covenant Group for this fund raising effort. Some ideas are dinners, sports or theater tickets, handmade jewelry, baskets assembled around a theme, babysitting or yard work, vacation home weekends, special occasion baked goods or appetizers, gift certificates for dinners... Be creative! If you have an auction item that you would like to donate or if you would like some ideas for auction items to donate, please contact Lavonne Bieber or Nelson Frick.
