The Details

When:

Starts Friday, May 30
Registration is 5:00 - 6:00; Dinner is at 6:00.
On Sunday, expect to wrap-up by 1:00.

The retreat is at the Redwood Christian Park in Boulder Creek. Driving time from Mountain View is approximately 45 minutes with no traffic, but allow 1 hour if leaving late Friday afternoon.

When You Arrive:

Check in at the administration building to receive your shirt, room key, and retreat packet. If you are late and the registration table is closed, find us in the dining hall.

What to Bring:

Bring a FLASHLIGHT, sunscreen, bug spray, alarm clock, hat, and some warm clothes for those cool mountain evenings (a sweatshirt should be fine). Don't forget recreational equipment (optional) - swimsuit, softball glove, hiking boots, bikes, frisbees, golf clubs, surf boards (Santa Cruz is not far), and a camera.

If you are in a cabin, also bring blankets, sheets (or sleeping bag), pillows and towels.

If the office is closed, select the option to leave a message for a guest and follow the instructions. If it is an emergency, the guest will be notified ASAP.

Transportation:

Carpooling is highly encouraged, as there is limited parking at the retreat. If you have not previously indicated interest in carpooling on the registration form, please contact the church office so that you may be included in separate carpool-specific emails.
