Medical Mission to Liberia

St. Tim's parishioner John Schmaelzle returns to Monrovia, Liberia in West Africa for a two week medical mission. He will be teaching local physicians and conducting urologic surgery at St. Joseph's Catholic Hospital. John is transporting a large amount of donated medical supplies and medications as well as operating room equipment from El Camino Hospital to enhance the scope of surgeries he can perform.

We invite your prayers for the success of his mission. John goes representing the St Tim's faith community, endeavoring to embody Jesus's words, "even as you have served the least of these, you have done unto me." John will also be scouting partnership opportunities for St. Tim's with the church in Monrovia.
