The vestry consists of parishioners elected to be the agents and legal representatives of the parish in matters of property and relations to the clergy. Each vestry person elected serves a three year term. The vestry is led by a senior warden (chosen by the rector) and a junior warden (elected by the vestry).

The Vestry members are: Grace Schmidt, Senior Warden; David Mintz, Junior Warden; Beto Casellas, Nelson Frick, Holly Hem; Sue-Ellen Johnson; Beth Leonard; Larry Mendoza; Wyn Schuh; Jonathan Trail. Lavonne Bieber is serving as Clerk of the Vestry (or secretary); Bill Shreve is serving as the Treasurer.
